Birth Doula

As a doula I do not perform any medical procedures, I am there to support your needs and wishes, to do my best to help you with discomfort management using massage, encouraging words, rebozo, aromatherapy etc., to make sure that you and your partner are nurtured and as rested as possible to meet your baby.

• A no obligation interview in a public venue such as a coffee shop

• 3 Prenatal meetings in a comfort of your home

• A written birth plan according to your desires

• 24 hour phone and email support

• On call status three weeks prior to your due date until birth

• Continuous support for you and your partner throughout labor, delivery, and initial postpartum period

• 1-4 postpartum meetings: I can help you transfer from a hospital or meet you at home on the same day; help you in your first weeks of postpartum.

• Back up doula coverage

• Access to my library of books and videos and referrals.

• Breastfeeding support

- Postpartum care $55/hour 3-4 hours a day in person

Birth and Family Photography

I hold a B.A. in photography, love capturing family connections and babies and would be happy to take pictures of you and your family. 

It can be a maternity session, photos capturing the joys and difficulties of birth, or lifestyle family and baby pictures a week after birth or later, or all of the above.

I will share a collection of 30+ edited images in digital form.
