If you are pregnant or just had a baby, you can be overwhelmed by the variety of new information, choices, opinions and options for pregnancy, birth and your baby. A doula can help you to make sense of it, to make a connection between the medical and the intuitive, to process it and find what works for You.
As a birth doula, I will be with you continuously from the moment I arrive (usually in active stage of labor) through the birth of a baby and a few hours after.
No matter what kind of birth you are planning: home birth or hospital birth,
I will be there to support your goals
As a postpartum doula, I will spend a few hours with you several times a week, making sure that everyone is nourished, gets some sleep, feels good in a new role and is getting necessary help.
